Working with Nikki to sell our home was an absolute pleasure. Nikki was approachable througout, thorough, knowlegeable and so kind. She looked out for our best interest the whole time. We accepted the offer just over 1 month after she listed it and closed within 7 weeks! As residents on the West Coast, we highly suggest Nicole Lane with RealtyOneGroup. We recently purchased a vacation home in Murrells Inlet, and Nikki was with us every step of the way. Knowing nothing about the area, she showed us around and told us about the area. She went out of her way to show us the neighborhoods, the pros and cons and why we would we like and dislike the area. Her honesty was very welcoming. The home we purchased she walked us through while facetiming with us. We did this with several homes, and she pointed out the flaws as well as the upgrades of the homes. Only meeting Nikki for several days we felt like we had known each other a lifetime. We told her what we were looking for, and she delivered. We did a ‘walkthrough” with several homes, before we found our vacation home. She was always accommodating, as we were working with a 3 hour time difference. We would highly suggest Nikki to anyone looking for a home in the Myrtle Beach area.
