Nikki is a lifelong resident of South Carolina, living on the Grand Strand since 2015. She grew up in Dillon, SC and spent almost all of her childhood summers in Myrtle Beach. She later lived in North Carolina for a brief period of time, but eventually made her way back to Dillon.  Graduating from Dillon High School, she immediately entered the workforce and has held positions such as Director of Sales for a large hospitality company and Senior Account Manager for Coca-Cola. Later in her adult life, she went back to college where she studied to be a Paralegal, a field she worked in for about eight years prior to opening a yoga studio and starting her journey in real estate.  She is a wife, mother and yogi. Her passion for helping people live their best life has always guided her personally and professionally.  She will also tell you she loves to teach and will always find a way to teach others no matter what career path she is on.  Her journey into real estate began, as it does for so many others, with a great friend in the industry pointing out that her vast experience and passion for serving others would make her an excellent real estate agent.

As a licensed real estate professional and REALTOR® (member of National Association of REALTORS®), Nikki has the privilege of combining her yogi lifestyle and years of professional experience in sales, marketing, management, and the legal field. When Nikki is not working with Buyers and Sellers, you will probably find her at one of the many local restaurants or festivals in the area.  She’s a bit of a foodie and loves to enjoy all the amazing cuisine and fun activities the Grand Strand has to offer.  She also enjoys live music, reading, yoga, and most importantly – time with her husband, Adam (a local/native) and their adult sons, Chase and Spencer, and their Boston Terrier, Reagan.

Nikki’s passion for the real estate industry and protecting the dream of homeownership has her setting her sights on opening a brokerage of her own within the next 5-10 years.  Her and her husband also have plans to continue to build their own real estate portfolio.  Perhaps one of her biggest dreams is to take an immersive trip to India and experience the mother land of yoga.
